Adrian Halmagean
Chef Adrian Halmagean attended the Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, and was awarded the Director's List of Achievement for International Cuisine. Upon graduating in the top ten percent of his class, he came back to his home town of Temecula to impress his friends and neighbors as "their" Sous Chef. Chef Adrian worked under the guidance of
Gerry Kent, and honed his culinary skills.
Chef Adrian enhanced his restaurant experience at Osteria Toscana in Red Hawk, and then returned to work with Gerry bringing new ideas and philosophies. Today, Chef Adrian has designed some of the most popular dishes offered at Gershon Bachus for their events.
Chef Adrian is a true professional whose attention to detail has been an asset to GBV where we cater to wine enthusiasts and special guests.
