Gershon Bachus Vintners is the perfect estate vineyard for your exclusive affair.

The day begins in the private Bridal Room, where the bridal party can make all the necessary preparations hours before the ceremony begins. At that special time, the wedding party will commence through a beautifully landscaped walkway that leads to the ceremonial aisle. Here, the party will walk down the aisle and take its place on both sides of our beautiful, handmade stone and iron gazebo. With the stage set, the bride will emerge through the Bridal Room's French doors and be escorted down a short staircase that connects to the main ceremony aisle, where the groom will be waiting.

This tranquil staging area sets the mood and tempo for the wedding. Your guests will have a full view of the ceremony from the lush grass surrounding the aisle and gazebo. Breathtaking views of the neighboring vineyards and mountains are the ceremony's backdrop.

Immediately following the ceremony, your guests will be escorted to the covered outdoor patio adjacent to our Grenache vines, where the cocktail hour will be held. It is here that your guests will socialize with appetizers and beverages while taking in the sun as it sets over the vines.
Once the bride and groom are ready to be announced, your guests will be directed to our Reception Room for seating accommodations. Here, your party will toast, dine on preparations from our exclusive gourmet chef, and dance, while having access to a bar in the corner and the evening breeze on the Cocktail Patio.

Dates are available for all seasons. Depending on the time of year, we recommend commencing the ceremony at the following times:

Summer: 5-6pm
Spring: 4:00pm
Fall & Winter: 3:30pm-4:00pm

In the event of rain, we have a Plan B. The ceremony will be held on the Cocktail Patio, where temporary walls with windows will be lowered to shield guests from any winds. Our family garden is a beautiful backdrop to the ceremony.

Ceremony Grounds
Set atop a hill boasting 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains, wineries, and horse ranches, the grounds play host to the most important part of your day. Guests are seated atop the lush grass that encircles the bridal walkway leading to the iron gazebo where the vows are exchanged.
Cocktail Patio
Guests will enjoy appetizers and refreshments on our covered patio while overlooking the sun as it sets behind the Grenache vines. The patio remains accessible throughout the evening from the Reception Room.
Barrel Room
Our Barrel Room can seat up to 150 guests for dinner with plenty of space for our dance floor and DJ area in the center. Table settings are decorated to your specifications.
The Wedding Party will have free reign to explore the Villa's gardens, vines, patios, and fountains. Perfect for your unique wedding photos.
Our Private
Bridal Room
The big day can be hectic for any bride, so we make it a little easier by making a private bridal room available to the bridal party hours before the ceremony. Here you'll find all the necessities: full bathroom, large closet, vanity, ample mirrors, and seating to relax.
Our Exclusive Chef
Adrian Halmagean
Chef Adrian is the executive chef and owner of Sorrel Bistro, one of Temecula's leading restaurants. He brings his expertise and talent along with his staff exclusively to Gershon Bachus for weddings and corporate events.

He attended the Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and was awarded the Director's List of Achievement for International Cuisine. Upon graduating in the top ten percent of his class, he came back to his home town of Temecula and honed his skills a Sous Chef under the guidance of Gerry Kent, executive chef and owner of Public House.
Chef Adrian went on to further his experience at Osteria Toscana in Red Hawk before returning to collaborate with Gerry, bringing new ideas and philosophies with him.

A true professional with an unwavering attention to detail, he is an invaluable part of the GBV family. He has created many of the most popular dishes on our catering menu and has a particularly acute taste for wine pairings.
