AQUILO, our 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, is full bodied with a lot of fruit. Its nose aromatic, only a hint of tannin is detected. The premium grapes from 2005 were bountiful; however, AQUILO is part of a limited edition collection.
Ready to drink, but will also reward aging.
We like it slightly chilled.

VILLA VINO WHITE DUET is a special blend made specifically for special occasions at the vineyard. This wine consists of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine has full fruit flavor and is very refreshing, smooth and fragrant. Even red wine drinkers will enjoy the unique and satisfying flavor of this wine.

FOUR FOUR TWO blend consists of the most succulent white grape varietals from Temecula Valley; 40% Pinot Grigio, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, and 20% Viognet. Our blend will appeal to every white wine connoisseur and satisfy the most particular palate.

VILLA VINO ROSSO is our special occasion Red Duet blended specifically to appeal to white wine drinkers trying a red wine for the first time, and for red drinkers interested in a lighter social wine. Our blend consists of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Merlot grapes. This is a light to medium-bodied wine, with aromas of plum and a nice smooth finish. We like it slightly chilled.

ZEPHYRUS is our 100% Zinfandel from our Limited Edition Winds Series. Aged in 100% Oak barrels for 18 months, Zephyrus is dark and full of fruit flavor: plum, blackberry with a hint of strawberry and raspberry. It is a rich, fragrant wine with soft tannin. This wine is to be enjoyed today, but will also reward aging. We like it chilled.
