The best things in life require time and a borderline obsessive attention to detail. All of our varietals aged at our Temecula, CA vineyard are aged in Hungarian Oak or French Oak for a minimum of 18 months.

We produce wines that we love to share at our boutique Temecula winery. Currently, we offer 12 reds and 3 whites that will meet even the most discerning of palates. With each new wine, we look to maximize the varietal's natural flavor and beautiful bouquet.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No reservation is required for groups of 6 or fewer guests. Walk-ins are welcome during regular tasting hours. For groups of 7 or more, or for wine tours, please contact us in advance at (877) 458-8428 to arrange a reservation.

  • Weekday tastings (Monday–Friday) are $22 per person for a flight of 6 varietals. Weekend tastings (Saturday–Sunday) are $30 per person with a 10% discount on any wine purchase. Gershon Bachus Vintners does not accept cash  card payments only.

  • Gershon Bachus Vintners is a family-owned boutique winery founded in 2005. We limit capacity to ensure every guest receives a seated, guided tasting. All red wines are aged 24–48 months in Hungarian, French, and Eastern European oak barrels  longer than most Temecula wineries.

  • Yes. Gershon Bachus Vintners offers private wine tastings, tasting lunches, and dinners for groups of 40 or more by appointment only. Corporate team-building events are available for groups of 20 or more. Call (877) 458-8428 or email info@gershonbachus.com.

  • Yes. Gershon Bachus Vintners wines are available for purchase at the tasting room and through the online shop at gershonbachus.com. 12 red wines and 3 white wines are available. Wine Clique members receive discounts of 20–50% on all purchases.
